I’m Simran Jain — a marketer, storyteller, and entrepreneur based in Mumbai. I like taking complicated things and making people feel something about them.

What I’m building

I’m the Co-Founder & CMO of BeyondChats, an AI platform that helps businesses turn website traffic into quality leads and resolve most customer queries without a human in the loop. I lead our brand, marketing, and growth — everything from how we sound, to how we’re found, to how we earn a customer’s trust. We’re a small, fast team solving a deceptively hard problem: making every website visit feel like a genuinely good conversation.

A bit of background

Before BeyondChats, I worked alongside my co-founder on chat and messaging products, and on Beyond Exams, a social venture making quality education more accessible. I’m a proud member of the Women Techmakers community, and I care a lot about getting more women into the rooms where products and companies get built.

Beyond work

When I’m not thinking about marketing, I’m usually thinking about food. I share what I cook and eat over at @infinite_flavors — for me, cooking and brand-building come from the same place: taking simple ingredients and turning them into something people remember.

Why I write

Writing is how I think out loud. Sharing the journey — the campaigns that worked, the ones that flopped, the lessons in between — is how I give back to the community of builders and marketers I learn from every day. You’ll find me writing about marketing, brand and storytelling, entrepreneurship, startups, food, and life.
